The AI receptionist for electricians.

You cannot answer a phone with your hands in a panel, and a customer who smells burning will not wait. We Got The Call picks up, works out how urgent it really is, and books it.

Electrical work is the trade where you are least able to pick up: you are on a ladder, in a crawl space, or with the power off and both hands occupied. Every one of those hours is a missed-call window.

It is also the trade where the caller is worst at describing the problem. "The lights are doing something weird" could be a loose neutral or a failed bulb, and the difference decides whether a truck rolls tonight.

What it asks on every call

The questions your dispatcher would ask, in the order they would ask them.

  • Any burning smell, sparking, or hot outlet, safety first
  • What is out: one outlet, one circuit, or the whole property?
  • Has the breaker tripped, and does it reset?
  • Panel age and amperage, if the caller can see it
  • Residential or commercial, and who is authorising the work

Questions before you switch

Can it tell a real electrical emergency from a tripped breaker?
It asks the safety questions first, burning smell, sparking, hot outlets, how much of the property is out, and flags anything that sounds like a fire risk immediately. A breaker that resets and holds gets booked as a normal visit.
Does it handle commercial callers differently?
Yes. It asks whether the site is residential or commercial, captures who authorises the work and any site access or after-hours restrictions, so a commercial lead arrives with the details that decide whether you can actually attend.
Can it book estimates for panel upgrades and EV chargers?
Yes, and it captures the detail those estimates need: panel age and amperage, service size, where the charger is going, and how far it is from the panel. The estimate call stops being a discovery call.
