Pricing questions.

What counts as a call minute?
Time the agent spends actually talking to a caller, measured from the moment it answers to the moment the call ends. Ringing does not count, and neither does a call that never connects.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
You are not cut off mid-call, the agent keeps answering and the overage appears on your next invoice at your plan rate. If you go over consistently, moving up a tier is cheaper than paying overage, and we will tell you rather than wait for you to notice.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Paying annually charges 10 months for 12, which is about 17% off the monthly price. It is billed once, up front.
Why is each tier quoted as a range?
The range covers how many call minutes you need and which add-ons you turn on. The lower figure is the entry price for that tier; the upper figure is the top of its minute band. You are quoted one number before you sign, not a range.
Do nights, weekends and holidays cost extra?
No. There is no human on overtime behind the call, so a 2am emergency on a public holiday costs exactly what a Tuesday morning enquiry costs. Staffed answering services normally charge 1.5x to 2x for the same hours.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in either direction, effective from your next billing period. Most customers start on Starter to see their real call volume and move up once they know it.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel any time. Annual plans run for the year you paid for.

Yearly billing charges 10 months for 12, once, up front. Prices in USD, excluding tax.
